Lets get Started..!! Ingredients:

1. Raw Manga - 1Nos 2. Fish -1Kg 3. Oil - 4 Spoons 4. Sambar Onion (small onion) - 30grams 5. Tomatoes - Big size 2nos 6. Kulambu Chilli Powder - 100grams 7. Salt to taste 8. Fenugreek Powder - ½ spoon 9. Garlic 10nos 10. Mustards seeds – 1spoon 11. Cumin seeds - 1spoon 12. Curry leaves 13. Tamarind – 1 Big lemon size

Method of preparing Manga- Meen Puli Kulambu

 

Switch on the stove place the kadai and heat 4 spoons of oil, add the mustard seed, fry till the mustard seeds make the popping sound, add the cumin, fenugreek powder. Now add the Small onion fry till onion becomes golden colour then add curry leaves, and add crushed garlic allow it to fry for some time and make raw smell goes, close a lid to fry faster, then add the tomatoes and let it fry for a min. Next add the tamarind water into it, add kulambu chilli powder, add salt to taste, add some water and close the lid let boil for 10mins. After 10 mins add the Raw Manga and Fish close it for 10mins to boil.
